We address the requirements of investors looking to balance their portfolio by developing equity in prime real estate and those looking to enhance their portfolio with a cryptocurrency but are not interested in the speculative and volatile nature of other cryptocurrencies that are available today.

Our Real Estate

Our real estate strategy is to create a diversified asset pool of carefully curated, high-yield investment properties. These will be malls, multi-tenanted business parks, industrial buildings, multi-unit residential apartments. We are targeting organic growth in Canadian rental rates and overall asset value to provide compound equity growth. We will be returning value to our investors through cryptocurrency dividends and after listing, through token repurchase to match Net Asset Value per GRB.

We have over 30 years of experience in management, leasing, development, acquisitions and financing in the Canadian commercial property market. We’re doing what we do best.

Why Real Estate?

Because real estate is real, dependable and an inflation hedge. Real estate offers high returns with an annual worldwide transaction volume of approximately US$660 billion. Yet direct investment in real estate can be cumbersome. It requires capital outlay and maintenance, and it cannot be easily divested to provide short-term liquidity. Furthermore, it comes with various citizenship and residence requirements that can limit access to established real estate markets, like that which we offer.
