NoiaNetwork

Noia is a ground-breaking next step in the area of online content delivery, focusing especially on video content. As we move forward into a newly advanced technical age, our consumption of online media is predicted to greatly increase. This increased demand will mean a huge pressure on the current traditional infrastructure. Noia network provides a blockchain based solution to this issue.

About the Project

By operating on a peer-to-peer basis to delivery online content to users, the Noia Network project can achieve a number of its key aims.

  • Utilizing the unused storage and bandwidth capability of individual users is a key tenant of the project. This will enable data to reach users at a vastly higher speed and also ensure that networks are never overloaded as demand and quality continues to increase.
  • By cutting out costly intermediaries like delivery servers and third party companies, the project will vastly reduce content delivery prices for major websites. This is a benefit which can in tur be reflected upon the consumers of the content.
  • By rewarding each individual server who participates in this cooperative movement with NOIA tokens, the incentive is present to foster increased participation in the network and also create a demand and flow for the NOIA tokens.

The ICO

The projects ICO is set to begin on May 29th and run for one month. During the ICO period, the non-discounted token price is planned to be $0.08 per 1 NOIA token. The Gibraltar based project has a softcap of $5,000,000USD and a hardcap of $36,000,000SUD.

Investments in this ICO can be made only by using Ethereum and there is a minimum investment required of 0.05ETH.

The company plans to launch their testnet with customers by the third quarter of 2018. The company reports that its team are expertly experienced with companies such as JP Morgan, Skype and Dropbox. They plan to have the service fully operational by mid-2019.

Residents of USA, China, Japan and Korea are all prohibited from participation in this ICO.

The Token

The token itself will be known as NOIA and is an ERC20 compliant token. There will be a maximum token supply of 1,000,000,000 NOIA tokens. From this amount, 45% will be available for purchase during the ICO. Of the remainder, 20% will go to team members and 25% will be set aside for future use.
